It was an overcast day...perfect day for a BBQ...especially when you cannot get your water play items working! Dr Lloyd brought some of the big blow up water toys. Only problem was there was not any electricity. He had forgotten that last year we used a generator for them! Luckily Stephanie lives right around the corner from the park and she had a generator! So off the guys went to pick it up. Well we had a generator...but it would not start. So all of the kids were in their swim suits with no water to play in. There was a small ditch but it was more fun to get in with your clothes than your swim suit! We had a great time even without it! We had a healthy game of Frisbee golf for a movie prize basket, Shelly's son Kelby won the prize with a score of 7! That was pretty amazing considering most of the scores were in the teens! Scoring was on your honor...I wonder if he did that well or if he really wanted the movie? To fill our tummies we had hot dogs, chicken, tri-tip steak, salads, chips, treats and more.
Those in Attendance were: Sheff and Suzy, Jacob, Katie, Emmy & Lucy, Michelle, Steve & Nate, Stephanie, Nicole and Matt, Karolynn and Josh, Crystal, Aaron, Riley and Crystal's little brother Hunter, Shelly, Craig, Kelsey, Kelby, Kaleb, Kinley and Kaden! We missed all of you that were not able to make it!
